What is this site about?

This site started in a coffee shop in downtown Iowa City, when two guys (Nick and Tom) who work for a company called e-Me, realized they needed to engage the community if they planned on changing the community.

So they snagged a word press site – signed up themselves and their boss for accounts and are trekking the interwebs for other people wanting to get into the convo.
